Trolley operators and jackshaft operators
We install two kinds of commercial operator: trolley operators and jackshaft operators. A trolley operator runs along a rail mounted overhead and pulls the door open the way most people picture a garage door opener working. A jackshaft operator mounts beside the door instead, turning the shaft directly, which keeps the space above the door clear.
Both go on steel doors and aluminum doors.
